Get into the spooky spirit early by finding the perfect costume for a child in need - everything from scary to sweet will be accepted!

Free License Plate Replacement Event
Ross Township Department of Public Works 225 Cemetery Lane, Pittsburgh, PA, United StatesRep. Lindsay Powell and Rep. Emily Kinkead are holding a free event where officers will determine if a license plate is unreadable, and their teams will help drivers apply for a FREE replacement plate through PennDOT.
NOTE – NEW PLATES ARE NOT ISSUED AT THIS EVENT. ONCE YOUR PAPERWORK IS PROCESSED, THE APPROPRIATE TEAM WILL CALL YOU TO PICK UP YOUR NEW PLATE AT THEIR RESPECTIVE DISTRICT OFFICE.
Bring your unexpired Pennsylvania driver’s license and current vehicle registration card.
While pre-registration is not required, it is highly encouraged.
