Is your closet cluttered with shoes you no longer wear? Put them to good use! My Natrona Heights office is collecting new and gently worn shoes to benefit the Community Library of Allegheny Valley through November 12, 2026.

How does it work? The library receives a donation based on the total weight of shoes collected. The shoes are then distributed to microenterprise partners in developing countries, where they are resold locally to help create sustainable income and employment opportunities.
