Magistrate Judge Katherine Lovelace (Magisterial District 05-2-31) and Allegheny County Public Defender, Seth Barkley, Esq. will talk about how to navigate the process of expungement and clearing your record after a criminal incident, including a review of the documents required for completion and where to go to file these documents.
